The HB40HP Extrusion System provides a durable, architectural mounting solution for signage, façades, monuments, and large exterior surfaces. Engineered for illumination ranges from 5 to over 45 feet, it gives designers a clean, consistent way to deploy HB40HP fixtures in demanding exterior environments.

Architectural Housing and Mounting Options
The powder‑coated extrusion accepts any HB40HP fixture and can be paired with wall‑mount arms or ground post stakes. Standard finishes support seamless integration with surrounding architecture. Fixtures may be installed individually or in continuous, seamless rows for long‑run applications.

Clean Wiring and Flexible Installation
Wiring routes through the extended arm directly into the junction box, which includes knockouts on all four sides and the back for flexible conduit entry. In row‑mount configurations, fixtures wire end‑to‑end for streamlined installation and uniform appearance.

Adjustable Aiming and Glare Control
Extended arms allow adjustable housing angles for precise aiming on vertical surfaces. Optional louvers are available to reduce glare and enhance visual comfort in public‑facing applications.
