Smartlights by Smart Railing is an architectural code compliant modular illuminated handrail system for use in interior or exterior commercial and residential applications. Perfect for new or retrofit applications, the LED illuminated handrail produces a continuous stream of light adding ambiance and safety. All wiring is concealed through the posts or wall mounts. The LEDs are simple to install and click into place. The low voltage LEDs are available in various color temperatures and outputs and are available in outdoor and indoor rated strips. Dimmable power supplies make this ideal for darker interior applications such as theaters and concert halls.

The Illuminated Handrail is available in both 304 or 316 stainless steel in 1.9″ and 1.66″ round, 1.57” square and an aluminum 1.57” x 2.56” rectangle. Depending on the railing system, this can be wall mounted, post mounted or glass mounted. Choose from frosted or clear lens. Infill choices include cables, glass, or bars. The railing provides a seamless look and is vandal resistant. These Illuminated Railing solutions require no welding and can be used on stairs, ramps, balconies and more. Architects, specifiers and designers have a variety of options with component such as handrail brackets and post tube adapters as well as transparent or frosted lenses.
