1350 I Street, NW is a 400,000-square-foot Class A office building located within blocks of the White House and features many high-end amenities including a renovated lobby, tenant-only fitness center, conference facilities, rooftop deck, parking garage and bike storage facility. District Lighting Group provided the building with HB50 fixtures from The Smart Lighting Company to illuminate the clock at the top of the building in vivid RGB colors. After installation was completed, the contractor stated, “Your product was wonderful to work with and management was thrilled with the outcome!”. Fixtures are all self-addressing and carry power and signal in one cable to simplify installation.
